Body

I’m pretty new to the whole e-commerce space and still trying to figure out the best shipping solution for my store. A lot of people keep mentioning Shiprocket as a good option since it connects with multiple courier partners and seems beginner-friendly. But before jumping in, I wanted to hear some real user experiences. My main concern is reliability in tier 2 and tier 3 cities since a big chunk of my orders are expected to come from there. I’ve read mixed things online some say pickups are smooth and deliveries are timely while others point out delays or missed pickups. Since I haven’t personally used Shiprocket yet, I’d really appreciate honest feedback from anyone who has. Does Shiprocket handle pickup and delivery well in smaller cities? Or should I look at other alternatives before committing? Would love to know your views.

I started my online store last year and chose Shiprocket because it supports multiple courier partners. Honestly, it’s been reliable even for tier 3 towns. A few delays happened during festivals but otherwise pickups happen on time and customers are satisfied.

I was really nervous in the beginning because my target audience is mainly from small cities and villages. But Shiprocket surprised me. I’ve shipped to places in Bihar, Rajasthan and Odisha and most parcels get delivered without problems. Their dashboard is easy to use and support has helped me whenever I got stuck. For beginners, I think it’s a safe choice.

I’ve been using Shiprocket for 10 months now and most of my orders go to tier 2 cities. Pickup is smooth and delivery timelines are decent. No major issues till now.

My experience is mostly good. Shiprocket works fine in tier 2 cities but in some very remote tier 3 areas pickups can be delayed. It doesn’t happen often so I still continue using it.

I was worried about the same thing when I started. Honestly there are occasional delays but overall Shiprocket has been consistent for my tier 2 orders. Definitely better than handling multiple courier accounts on my own.

From my experience Shiprocket is a good choice for beginners. They aggregate multiple courier partners so even if one courier has weak coverage in a certain area, another one usually steps in. My deliveries to tier 2 and tier 3 cities in Maharashtra and MP have been on time most of the time.
