Hey everyone, We’re in the final phase of launching our new Shopify store, which will offer a wide variety of home decor products sourced from different suppliers in China. We’re now looking for a reliable agent who can support us with logistics, product sourcing, and fulfillment. To keep things efficient and scalable, here’s what we’re looking for: 1. Consolidated Shipping If a customer orders multiple products (from different suppliers), is it possible to consolidate the items into one package to avoid multiple shipping fees? If not, what alternative options do you offer to minimize costs? 2. Shipping Options to Europe (especially Germany) • Standard vs. express shipping • Estimated delivery times • Cost breakdown (per item or per kg) 3. Quality Control Do you offer QC before shipping? If yes, how does it work and are there any extra fees? 4. Custom Packaging We’re interested in branded/custom packaging. Is that something you offer? What are the requirements (e.g. MOQ) and pricing? 5. General Process • How do you handle communication & order processing? • What are your payment terms? • Any minimum order requirements? We’re aiming for a long-term and professional partnership. Once our product list is finalized, we’ll send it over for a detailed quote. Feel free to DM me or drop a comment below if you’re an experienced agent (or know one) who could be a good fit. Thanks in advance! – Viktor

Finding a reliable agent is crucial. Look for agents with good reviews who specialize in logistics and product sourcing in China. They should ideally have experience with the type of home decor products you’re selling. Try reaching out to specialized networks or Fb groups where people share recommendations or you can watch YouTube tutorials like Marcus Lam YT channel, and great stuff on giving tips especially if you are looking for an agent. Might consider it. 😉

To be honest, I am not a marketing account. But I see many people are troubled by not having a reliable supplier, I have to recommend a supplier who I have been working with for more than a year. Because she really helped me a lot. Her name is Josephine. She has very rich sourcing experience in China, I think she will be helpful to your business, you can contact her WhatsApp +86 188 2382 9544

You don't find the agents, the agents will find you.

It would be best if the sourced items are sent directly to you since it would save costs without having it pushed into the supplier. Trust me, you're not doing anyone a favor doing DrOpShIpPiNg because the cost will be pushed back to you. I help many businesses from different countries source products or services in Asia and do a lot of add on things (QC + Shipping). The worst part is that many dropshippers are missing out on things they can benefit on if they drop the DrOpShIpPiNg mentaility. If you'd like prime examples on what those are then feel free to use Aldi, Tesco, Walmart and Costco.
